RootFlow works best with thin-to-medium consistency scalp oils, serums and hair tonics. Very thick or paste-like products are not recommended as they may block the roller-ball applicators.

Fill the reservoir with the included Rosemary Hair Oil, close it securely, then gently glide RootFlow along your scalp. The roller-ball tips help distribute the oil while gently massaging your scalp as you go.
💧 Can I use my own oil or serum?
Yes! You can also fill RootFlow with another compatible scalp oil, serum or hair tonic. For best flow, choose a thin-to-medium consistency product.
🤔 Why is my oil or serum dispensing slowly?
This may happen if the product is too thick or if residue has built up around the roller balls. Check that the applicators are clean and use a thin-to-medium consistency product for easier flow.
🚿 How do I clean RootFlow?
Rinse the applicator with warm water after use to help remove remaining product from around the roller balls. Allow it to dry fully before storing it. Avoid very hot water.
